Oh No!

I need help. My friend was reported for no reason and lost her account, she had a lot of cool stuff. We e-mailed babv to give her her stuff back but they never gt back to us. I would like to get her stuff back for a surprise. Please Help!

E-mail customer service. Call if you can. Go to a BABW store and ask for help. That is terrible. How did they prove it?? What did she do to get reported???

When you get a hold of customer service, explain and maybe say that you are not happy and won't buy any more Build a bear items online or at stores. Tell them how upset you are. Write a letter. Maybe you can get friends to boycott. That should work.

Please stop spamming BAB's e-mail. If her account was banned it was banned because she did something wrong. There are no mistakes. BAB reviews the reports, if she didn't do anything wrong than she should have never gotten her account banned. BAB is most likey not replying to your e-mails because they knew that she did something wrong. She may have done something and not realized it, but she most likey did it. If you read BABV's terms than you will see that they say that they will not transfer items on your account if it gets banned. Another reason why they may not be replying is your not her! For all they know you could be a scammer just after accounts.

did you think about the fact that BAB gets hundreds of e-mails per day. Just wait. Spamming their e-mail doesn't do anything but prolong the waiting process.

She didn't know. she just thought they were not caring or her message got caught in cyberspace.

It is considered spamming when you send like 20 messeges with the same information in one day.

I don't send that many. I've only sent like 2 this year. That's good.
