The secret is...

I found out that Maxine has a few employee items with her sometimes...And if she has 2 of the same employee item, she is willing to give you one!!!
So next time you see her online, get AWAY from the crowd where she can see you and say

"Do you want to trade?"

And soon if she sees who you are, she will ask you to trade and she will pick items from her inventory to give you! If she has 2 of the same employee items, just click on one of them and she will give it to you for FREE.

And employee items are VERY rare items that are really hard to get! Only a few people on babv has it. They are gifts from Maxine that people who works at Build-A-Bear Workshop gets. For example,

Theres a picnic basket, green wand, bear stuffer(which the admin has), and I don't remember. They are VERY rare and you can get about 3-5 RETIRED Psi's for them.
